Central Oregon Youth Development, Inc. is seeking a Financial and Marketing Director for management of our marketing and financial activities. Located in Prineville, Oregon, we are a 501(c)3 non-profit, operating as a unique and valuable community out-of-school program since 2011. We enrich, educate, and mentor youth of Crook County through providing two safe and positive out-of–school programs. This is a part-time, temporary position of approximately 20 hours a week through May, 2018, currently funded at $16/hour. Potential exists for this position to be extended through May 2019, depending on a grant renewal.

We are seeking someone who has skills in understanding, developing, and managing non-profit funding and budgeting, up to date marketing skills including managing of online marketing and social media sites.

In addition, we are seeking someone with a strong belief in the organization and passion for its mission/vision, strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work on a team, capacity for multitasking, strong writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to self-motivate and to motivate others towards a vision.
